    Receive your quote

    We confirm availability, price, delivery fee and estimated delivery window.

    Pay the 50% deposit

    A 50% deposit secures your order and starts the preparation.

  5. 05

    Order processing

    Once your deposit clears, we prepare the piece and schedule delivery.

  6. 06

    Delivery

    Your piece arrives at the address you gave us. Tag @novellahome in your unboxing — we love to share.

  7. 07

    Pay the remaining balance

    Where Cash on Delivery is available, the 50% balance is paid on arrival. Elsewhere, full payment before dispatch.

  8. 08

    Inspect on arrival

    Please inspect the piece before signing. Anything not right? Tell us immediately.
